Punk Cycling is committed to providing quality products to its customers. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive a faulty or incorrect garment please contact us immediately by emailing: info@punkcycling.cc and we will happily offer an immediate exchange for you.
Free returns not applicable for items purchase during a sale period or marked as 'Final Sale'. Sale items may be returned for an exchange or credit note only.
If the sizing of your purchased product doesn’t see right, we will again happily offer you an exchange. Make sure the items you want to return are in original condition, unused, unworn with tags attached and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return or issue a refund. If by chance we no longer have your requested size in stock, we will refund the full purchase price using the method in which you originally paid. All retuned garments are subject to inspection.
Please note each order is allowed up to 1 return or exchange. For partial returns each order must fit within minimum shipping requirements, otherwise shipping charges will be deducted from the partial return value.
